Thomas is an M.A. candidate in the Program of Anthropology and Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. In general, his research engages the intersection of political ecology and environmental education. He also works as an historic tour guide for Big Onion Walking Tours, where he specializes in Historic Harlem, Central Park, and other historic sites in the City of New York.
